Adenocarcinoma, urachal

Definition: Adenocarcinomas arising in areas of urachal remmants differ clinically from those occurring at the bladder base, but these neoplasms are so similar in their pathology and behavior that they probaably do not represent separate antities but a single group of cancers arising at different sites.
